To Create FTP account for upload and downloading through your web hosting account you can create account as follow:

Log in to your hosting control panel, then your control panel will be appeared.

Under Your Account click on FTP management then your FTP account(s) list will be appeared.

Click on Create FTP account then Create FTP account form will be appeared.

Enter information for your new FTP account each field describe as follow:

• FTP Username Enter Username for FTP account.
• Enter Password Enter Password for FTP account.
• Re-Enter Password Enter Password for FTP account again.
• Domain Select on this option, all files upload/download through this FTP account will be placed in your public_html directory.
• FTP Select on this option, all files upload/download through this FTP account will be placed in your public_ftp directory.
• User Select on this option, all files upload/download through this FTP account will be placed in your public_html/username directory, system will be create username directory if not exists.
• Custom Select on this option, all files upload/download through this FTP account will be placed in your which directory you entered in text box on the left.

Note: If you want to prevent each username view the other files, you must select on User or Custom option.
